Shipping & Returns
We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
If you’re not happy with your item, please contact us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or refund.
To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item, along with checking out our Returns & Refunds Page.
Overall a package shouldn’t take more than 15-35 business days to arrive and typical shipping times to the U.K. and U.S. are 20 business days.
Also, sometimes our items may be delivered in separate packages to reduce any possible issues with your local customs office.
Please note some of our promotional items are shipped from our warehouse in Asia which potentially could incur import taxes. The value paid by customers on promotional items is however normally lower than most countries import tax threshold although in a scenario where taxes are applied the customer is responsible for all fees/taxes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.
If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will endeavour to update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.
If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and we will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
